What do I need from my mobile carrier?

You will need to get a data-only plan from your mobile carrier. You will also need a special “Hotspot” device from your carrier with USB tethering. That Hotspot will plug into the USB port of our FoodTruckWiFI router to supply actual Internet connection for the service.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable customer services reps are available just by sending an e-mail to [email protected].

How far will the WiFi signal reach?

Typically, the FoodTruck WiFi signal will reach about 100-150 feet away from your truck.

How can I prevent people from using too much data?

You will be able to setup the amount of upload and download speeds that customers can use. Also, you can control the time they are allowed online so people don’t eat up your cellular data.
